RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VogueVastra.in, we accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video and clear images.

Conditions:
• Product must be unused and unwashed  
• Tags and original packaging must be intact  
• Used or worn items will not be accepted  

We do not accept returns for:
• Size issues  
• Color differences due to lighting  
• Change of mind  

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or store credit.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
